Career Counselor | Managing Director of EMPLOY 

Konstantinos Kotios is one of the co-founders of EMPLOY Educational Group, which specialises in the fields of Vocational Guidance, Career Strategy and Lifelong Learning. Having lectured for more than 3.500 hours on Vocational Guidance and Career Strategy not only across Greece, but also in 3 different countries and with more than 4.500 hours of student counseling, he is trying everyday to help young people unlock their future.

Konstantinos Kotios is a lecturer on career counseling and management in the E-Learning programme of the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus. He is also a Certified Adult Educator by EOPPEP, a member of the Hellenic Company of Counseling and Guidance, a member of the Association of Counseling and Guidance Officials and a member of the International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (I.A.E.V.G.)

Dozens of researches he has carried out as well as lots of his publications in scientific journals and in national and international conferences have been published in the print and internet media.
During his studies in the Department of Philosophy and Education in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he got specialised in the field of Education, where he also completed his postgraduate studies while having been systematically trained in sectoral specialisations of vocational guidance and lifelong learning.

In the same Department he was awarded the PhD Degree after completing his doctoral thesis on the field of vocational guidance.
Finally, he is the author of the first complete series of study guides for High School students with the title "ΕΠΙΛΕΓΩ ΣΠΟΥΔΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑ", which is released by Patakis Publications and the author of the book "ΕΠΙΛΕΓΩ ΜΕΤΑΠΤΥΧΙΑΚΕΣ ΣΠΟΥΔΕΣ".
